SHIPPING OF ORDER ITEMS
We work hard to ensure our products are available in as many locations as possible and are constantly evaluating ways we can improve the experience for our customers.
Standard shipping time is 5-7 days, depending of your location.
Currently we don’t yet offer free shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@sportreact.com, and we will do our best to send you your order.
The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. For orders outside the EU, customers will be responsible for any additional custom expenses. For the users in the United States, customs and shipping cost is already calculated in the price.
If your order will not arrive within that time, you will be able to contact us. Once an order is placed, we will periodically inform you when your order will be ready.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
For modifying your order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement.
All accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express) via Stripe payment gateway.
Bank transfer is an optional way of paying.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may exchange or return your items for a full refund within 30 days of having received them.
Items need to be unused, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no scratches on device), and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
We process refunds within a few days after receiving the items.
Depending on the payment platform, it can take up to 14 working days for the money to show on your account.

Please note that we can only process an exchange once we have received the original device in good order.
All exchanges and returns from EU countries are on us and the customer bears no additional charges. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@sportreact.com.
After the exchange or return request has been processed, you will either receive the return label, or we will organise the pick-up for you, depending on the country of the shipping.
